The client: One of the largest coffee companies in the U.S., founded in the Bay Area.
The project: Ongoing contract work covering site refreshes, holiday 2017 campaigns, retail signage, and multiple email campaigns, both promotional and non-promotional. Provided a consistent, omni-channel voice that maintained a direct, but subtly intelligent tone.
The result: Peet's holiday email campaign A/B testing results showcased that customers resonated with the more playful tone and personality.
Some other titles included "The Sweetest Host" always serves a hot mix of cocoa and sugary treats.
For the Holiday 2017 campaign, I focused on cozy comforts, anything that - coupled with the imagery - would connote a sense of hygge, winter warmth and homey tradition.
